Our mission is to enhance our quality of life by maintaining our common areas and upholding our Covenants, Declarations, and By-Law
Tamarack's HOA's monthly meeting will be held on August 20, 2026. This is a "Special" meeting as it is our yearly meeting. We are encouraging all residents to attend. Exciting things are happening in our neighborhood and we would love to hear from you! Bring questions, comments, or suggestions that you would like to discuss. We are dedicated to address those concerns. We are working at making Tamarack a even better neighborhood to live in!
Our community becomes stronger and better for everyone when more residents get involved! We hope to see you there!

Tamarack's HOA meetings are open to all residents to attend and are held on the third Thursday of the each month at Grace Brethren Church basement, beginning at 6:30 p.m. If you plan on attending, please check to be sure it has not been cancelled or rescheduled!
SHOUT OUTS FOR CURB APPEAL!
Tamarack's HOA board needs your help! We are looking for positive changes in the neighborhood! If you notice ANY home in the neighborhood where you have seen a positive change in the curb appeal, (lawn care, landscape, paint...) send us the address. We would like to thank the resident(s) who live there!
We encourage all residents to keep up with the appearance of your property! Maintaining a clean, manicured lawn, picking up debris, clearing out weeds, trimming bushes, cleaning out gutters and making sure the sidewalk in front of your property is clear of any type of obstruction. This doesn't take long but adds a lot of beauty to your home and neighborhood! Let's work together to take pride in our neighborhood! It is great place to live!

We are in need of dedicated residents to help maintain and improve our community and ensure our neighborhood remains a great place to live. As board members, we work together to make decisions for the betterment of our community. We are looking for residents who are dependable, willing to participate in meetings once a month (for an hour) and contribute to the well being of our neighborhood. 2026 T.C.A. Dues
Thank you to all who have already paid their 2026 association dues!
Tamarack Civic Assocition 2026 Annual Dues Notifications have been mailed to all residents. Our association's HOA dues are an important part of keeping our community running. Our dues help pay for vital services such as insurance, snow removal, salting of roads, signage, landscape, administrative & meeting costs, and more! Association dues are bound to the property through the deed and paid by the current owner of the property upon receipt of the Dues Statement. Late notices have been sent, please pay your current and past dues, if any, as soon as possible. Follow the link at the bottom of the page to pay them directly or mail them in the envelope provided. It is NEVER to late to pay your dues!

Trash and Recycle Bins - Reminder
The City of Fort Wayne has an ordinance for the location of your refuse and recycle bins. If this ordinance is broken, you will be assessed a fine by the city, not the neighborhood association. Your bins need to be a minimum of 10 feet back from the street side of your home.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 50.04 through 50.06 shall be subject to a fine of $25 for the first violation and $50 for each subsequent violation over the next 12 months.

A Shared Committment - A.C.A.
As a resident of Tamarack we have a shared commitment to our neighborhood. As per our covenant, an Architectural Control Application (ACA) form article 7, must be completed and submitted to the board before beginning a project. This is vital to the stability of our neighborhood where everyone complies to the same set of guidelines. Although we are within the city limits, OUR covenant takes precedence.
As per our T.C.A. EASEMENTS AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS Article 7
1. Architectural Control: No building, fence or wall shall be erected, placed or altered on any building site until the construction plans and specifications thereof, and a plot plan showing the location there-of, have been approved, as provided below, as to ground floor area, quality of workmanship and materials, harmony of external design with existing structures. Out buildings constructed after the approval of these covenants are limited to one storage shed of not more than 150 square feet footprint one story high per lot, and must be constructed of materials consistent with the dwelling on the lot.
Application for building, fence, or wall construction shall be submitted in writing per above to the Tamarack Civic Association Board. The board shall respond in writing within 30 days of receipt of the application.
Permits as required by the City of Fort Wayne must also be obtained prior to any construction.

Don’t forget about the 311 Call Center for your bulk items, missed garbage or recycling, tall grass or weeds, abandoned vehicles, etc. They are there
for us! Your call or online report is anonymous.
Trash and Recycling Days
Trash is picked up every Wednesday.
Recycling is picked up every other Wednesday. Please make sure to put out your trash cans on Tuesday and no sooner!

T.C.A. Covenant, By Laws and Dues
Annual Association Dues
22. Membership Dues Annual membership dues for Tamarack Civic Association shall be set annually by the Board of Directors and invoices sent to homeowners in January each year for the calendar year. Member dues are payable 30 days net from date of invoice. Failure to pay dues will result in a lien as the dues run with the land.
Please pay your association dues as soon as possible, as they are now late! Thank you!
